| Where the
flesh isn't crucified, the world and Satan have power in our life. 1 SAMUEL 14, Verses 1-21 Jonathan, the son of Saul, loved the Lord, and had a brave and fearless heart. 1 Sam 14:1-2 Jonathan and his armour bearer are secretly planning to go right into the camp of the enemy to fight, and at the same time Saul is resting under a pomegranate tree! 1 Sam 14:3 A priest, wearing the proper clothes was there, but he was not used for his proper work. 1 Sam 14:4-6 It took courage to go out against a whole army, with just one man with him. But Jonathan's trust was in the Lord. 1 Sam 14:7-17 With perfect confidence in God, Jonathan and his armour bearer enter into the powerful army of the Philistines. See the result! The Lord is with them. 1 Sam 14:17-20 Saul didn't even know that his own son was there fighting the battles of the Lord. 1 Sam 14:21 Here is a sad thing... some of the Hebrews (Israelites) had been living among their enemies, the Philistines. They were friends with the enemy! It reminds us of James 4:4. |

crucifiée, Satan et le monde ont de la puissance dans nos vies. 1 SAMUEL 14, versets 1-21 Jonathan, le fils de Saul, aimait l'Éternel et avait un coeur brave et sans crainte. 1 Sam 14:1-2 Jonathan et son porteur d'armes planifièrent secrètement une incursion dans le camp ennemi. Durant ce temps, Saul se repose sous un grenadier! 1 Sam 14:3 Un sacrificateur, portant les bons vêtements, se trouvait là, mais il ne fut pas utilisé comme il l'aurait dû. 1 Sam 14:4-6 Cela prit du courage pour se tenir contre une armée entière accompagné d'un seul homme, mais Jonathan avait placé sa confiance dans l'Éternel. 1 Sam 14:7-17 Avec une confiance totale en Dieu, Jonathan et son porteur d'armes pénètrent dans le camp de la puissante armée des Philistins. Voyez le résultat! L'Éternel est avec eux. 1 Sam 14:17-20 Saul ne savait même pas que son propre fils combattait les batailles de l'Éternel. 1 Sam 14:21 Voici un triste événement… quelques hébreux (les Israélites) vivaient au milieu du peuple ennemi, les Philistins. Ils s'étaient liés d'amitié avec l'ennemi! Cela nous fait penser à Jacques 4:4. |
Onde a carne não estiver
crucificada, o mundo e Satanás terá poder em nossa vida. 1 SAMUEL 14, Vers. 1-21 Jônatas, o filho de Saul, amava o Senhor, e tinha um coração corajoso e destemido. 1 Sm 14:1-2 Jônatas e seu escudeiro estão planejando secretamente entrar no acampamento do inimigo para lutar, ao mesmo tempo que Saul está descansando sob uma romeira! 1 Sm 14:3 Um sacerdote, vestido com as roupas adequadas, estava ali, mas não foi usado para fazer seu trabalho. 1 Sm 14:4-6 Foi preciso coragem para enfrentar todo um exército, levando apenas um homem com ele. Mas a confiança de Jônatas estava no Senhor. 1 Sm 14:7-17 Com perfeita confiança em Deus, Jôtatas e seu escudeiro entram no poderoso exército dos Filisteus. Veja o resultado! O Senhor está com eles. 1 Sm 14:17-20 Saul nem mesmo sabia que seu filho estava ali lutando as guerras do Senhor. 1 Sm 14:21 Há algo triste aqui... alguns dos Hebreus (Israelitas) estavam vivendo entre seus inimigos, os Filiesteus. Eles eram amigos do inimigo! Isto nos faz lembrar Tiago 4:4. |
